Are you planning a research project that involves collecting digital behavioral data?
The Digital Device Use Self-Monitoring Platform (D2USP) provides an infrastructure for research that advances our collective understanding of how digital devices are used—and how such use affects society, individual well-being, and productivity.
D2USP is designed to support both researchers and citizens by offering PersonalAnalytics,, a privacy-first, customizable, and easy-to-use software tool for the automated collection and anonymized analysis of digital behavioral data. It can be used for personal reflection as well as for scientific research.
The D2USP platform is co-funded by the Digital Society Initiative (DSI) of the University of Zurich (UZH). Our project team is eager to connect with researchers from the DSI, UZH, and other academic institutions who are interested in using this infrastructure for their own research projects.
