Dr. Malte Doehne

Dr. Malte Doehne is a senior researcher at the Institute of Sociology (SUZ) of the University of Zurich. Among other topics, he investigates the societal impacts of digitalization and has extensive experience in data analysis and interdisciplinary research. Within the D2USP project, he develops and oversees field studies on the use of digital devices in various contexts, focusing on identifying distinct usage patterns and their interactions with societal developments.
Dr. André Meyer

Dr. André Meyer is a senior researcher at the Human Aspects of Software Engineering Lab at the University of Zurich. His research focuses on developing digital interventions for software developers and other knowledge workers to enhance their awareness of productivity, focus & flow, and well-being through technologies such as self-monitoring, self-reflection, and goal-setting. With FlowLabs, he consults companies and teams on sustainable implementation of hybrid work models. He is the original developer of PersonalAnalytics and, within D2USP, leads the further development of the software and supports the implementation of individual studies.
Andreas Baumer

Andreas Baumer is a PhD candidate in epidemiology and biostatistics with a background in psychology. He investigates Population Mental Health and how it can be improved through various digital approaches. Current projects include theMental Health Assessment of Population of Ukraine and Talk2UZH, which examines the integration of spoken responses into surveys.
Prof. Dr. Thomas Fritz

Prof. Dr. Thomas Fritz is an Associate Professor at the University of Zurich, where he leads the Human Aspects of Software Engineering Lab. The lab concentrates on empirical studies of software development and the use of personal and biometric data to enhance developer productivity and well-being. For his research, he actively collaborates with international companies such as Logitech, JetBrains, ABB, and Microsoft. Learn more about his group's research athasel.dev.
Christopher Vantis
